'Dough Maestro's Pizzeria' originated from a humble vision: to deliver true Neapolitan pizza to London. The restaurant, established by the Bianchi family in 1985, began as a quaint, family-operated shop that carried on legacies of long-held recipes.
Marco Bianchi, the progenitor, honed the craft of pizza creation whilst journeying across Italy, apprenticing with distinguished pizzaiolos in Naples—the cradle of pizza. After returning to the UK, her mission was to replicate the enchantment of authentic Italian pizza, adhering to classical techniques and selecting only the best ingredients.
What started off as an unassuming 12-seat local eatery has evolved into a cherished community fixture, while our dedication to excellence and genuine practice persists steadfast. We continue to employ the same wood-fired oven methods, prepare our dough from scratch every day, and procure the top-notch ingredients accessible to us.
Nowadays, 'Dough Maestro's Pizzeria' is still in the hands of the family, with the Bianchi's second generation at the helm of a dedicated crew. While we have welcomed new improvements, the essence of our venture remains unchanged: forging delectable, true-to-roots pizza that unites people.
