Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so without any penalty as long as the order has not been dispatched for delivery. Please contact us immediately at +44 20 7946 0958 to process the cancellation.

Incorrect or Unsatisfactory Orders

If you receive an order that is incorrect or not up to your satisfaction, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. In such cases, we may offer a replacement or a refund which will be processed in the original mode of payment. The decision for refund will be at the discretion of Dough Maestro's Pizzeria after assessing the nature of the issue.

Quality Concerns

We strive to provide the best quality food. However, if you have quality concerns with the order received, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery so we can discuss the issue. Kindly be prepared to provide evidence of the condition of the received products, such as photos.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept physical returns. However, your satisfaction is important to us, and we encourage you to reach out if there are any concerns.

Refunds

Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, typically within 7 to 10 business days.

Missing or Non-Delivered Items

Late or Missing Refunds
